R. B. Foster of Madison celebrated his 92nd birthday on December 28. The Madison Rotary Club honored him with a birthday cake that featured a photo of him taken when he was a young man. He shared the cake with his Rotary friends, and he received many good wishes. R. B. is a retired coal miner with over 40 years of service, a former Boy Scout leader for many years, and has always been a friend to the community. He is well known throughout the county and has been a Rotarian since the mid-80s. Previously, he was named the Madison Rotary Club Citizen of the Year.
