Grief recovery groups are designed for people who have experienced the loss of a loved one. The group setting provides a “safe place”, a place you can really be yourself, no matter how you are feeling. You will be understood, listened to, and unconditionally supported by others who have also experienced the loss of a loved one. Sometimes it just helps to know you are not alone in your grief journey and there are others who can relate to your experience.
