Cry out to the Maker

Dear Editor:

Coalminers everywhere, West Virginians, and our families are crying out in agony of the unknown of what will be done in/to the industry and justly so. I propose we gather atop these cleared off mountains and cry out to the Maker of the mountains in Repentance, Praise, and Worship to Jesus Christ on September 11th.

It has been 12 years since the towers fell in New York and this is a call to the followers of Christ as the Disciples were called I am calling out to my Brothers/Sisters that love Jesus to throw a Big Church on the Ground Revival & call out to Father God to help us, the state, and the coal industry.

If somebody said we could fill Jesus with joy… would we want to do it? Well the truth is we can with the help of the Coal companies and respectfully, the best thing the coal companies can do is support/sponsor the uniting of the body of Christ and thus fulfilling Jesus’ joy “that we may be one”, now that’s a legacy with eternal treasures.

You know how people say Jesus sweat drops of blood in the garden before going to the Cross? You ever wonder what was He praying - He was praying about us UNITING AS ONE (please read all John 17).

It is written (2 Chronicles 7:14) If My people, which are called by My name, shall humble themselves, and Pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Alpha Natural Resources was founded as a Christian company therefore I am asking you to unite with us & call out to the Maker of the mountains atop these mountains.

If anyone knows the founder of Alpha Natural Resources, Michael J. Quillen, and other coal companies; please invite them to help us and allow us up there.

Does anyone remember the Big tent revivals, the “Church on the Ground” with everyone bringing something; it’s past time for us to use those mountain tops to Lift up Jesus (John 12:32) in ALL Forms of Christian worship music, repent, and ask God for His help.

Remember the place where Jesus prayed & slept was in the mountains. The Chick-Fil-A Company has concerts of Praise and Worship to Jesus all year long and they give God the glory with new openings every year. Chick-Fil-A is closed on Sundays to honor Gods Sabbath and give the first day of the week to God and He honors the rest, consider the priceless treasures they have accumulated in heaven.

And as Jesus went to the mountains to sleep, pray, and spend time with God I am asking all of us to do the same on Sept 11th, 2013. And don’t forget your tents, coolers, musical instruments, and generators. Better yet maybe the coal companies can let us borrow some power, just a thought.
