New Vista volunteer introduced
I’d like to take a minute to introduce myself to everyone. My name is Amanda Breeden. I am serving as a Vista Volunteer at Cornerstone Family Interventions, Inc.
One of my goals will be to strengthen the organizational capacity of the Boone County Child Advocacy Center and to expand services for the Lincoln County Child Advocacy Center. I will be developing and implementing systems for fund development in order to expand quality services to children and families.
On a personal note, I graduated from Scott High School in 2005. I want to obtain my degree in Psychology and specialize in suicide prevention. I have a 5 year old little boy named Aiden. My other “baby” is my cat named Jax. I love music. I don’t think there is any level of mood that music can’t cure me from. My other love is reading. There is no possible way I could read all the books I want to in my lifetime.
I am so excited to be working with Cornerstone Family Interventions and hope to learn so much in my year as a Vista. I may be reached at 304 369-5283 or by email at Amanda_Breeden@yahoo.com
