The Second Big Coal River Heritage Festival will be held on Saturday, September 29 at the John Slack Park, Racine, WV. The festival hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Everyone is cordially invited to attend this wonderful event. Food Vendors, Art & Crafts, WV Music and a Heritage Camp with demonstrations will be on hand. Sponsored by the Big Coal River Branch of the Coal River Group.
