Sometimes we find ourselves between a rock and a hard place and we are forced to make a decision we are not very happy about. For example we need to decide what we are going to do about certain files we don’t want to be seen by anyone. Until now there were just two options really, either use a disk cleaner and get rid of all the applications, documents and related file and the second, keeping them in a locked file.

Protecting a file with a password is very effective in most cases, but the problem is that the idea of hiding something is not going to be accepted easily by others. If we are talking about colleagues it is easy to ignore their discontent, but what are we going to do when a member of the family or the spouse is bickering about it. Starting an open war is never a solution and running to a disk cleaner to get rid of the content is not something very appealing either.

PCKeeper will get us out of trouble with an instrument called Data Hider, which will make the information you select invisible. You won’t have password protected files that will look suspicious and the other users will never suspect that anything else is on the PC, besides the stuff they see. You can manage all the hidden data with a password, while the system will never display them in the default mode.

Still, if you solve this issues in this elegant matter, don’t be worried about finding a use for the disk cleaner. PCKeeper’s integrated application will clear a lot of junk files from your system, which can be used to hide more files. It’s not like we encourage you to abuse the Data Hider and keep secrets but we understand that a little privacy is very important.
