The 30th annual Nellis-Armco reunion, combined with the 6th annual Nellis Grade School reunion, is this Saturday, June 30, beginning at noon in the Nellis Elementary School gym. Also, The Happy Valley Boys will be singing at the Historic Nellis Church/Archives at 10:30 a.m. Mark your calendar and make plans to spend the afternoon with former neighbors and long-time friends. Food will be available.
Thanks to everyone for the many birthday cards and happy birthday wishes I received last week. It was nice of so many to remember.
Congratulations to Scotty and Heather Linville of Ashford who are the proud parents of a son. Jayden Wayne was born June 12 weighing 3 lb, 7 oz. Proud grandparents are Jackie and Tammy Cooper of Ridgeview and Jimmie and Regina Davis of Nellis.

Butch Barker of Nellis is recuperating after knee surgery. Hopefully, he will soon be well.
