Jonathan Lewis Hager, two-years-old, S. Madison, died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012, in Boone Memorial Hospital in Madison.
He was born April 27, 2010, the son of Jon and Katy Hager.

Service was held on Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2010, at Handley Funeral Home in Danville by Johnny W. Meade. Burial was in Memorial Gardens in Madison.
