Tomblin appears to be winning Democrat side for governor

With 86% of the precincts in statewide, it looks like Acting Governor Earl Ray Tomblin and Republican newcomer Bill Maloney will be facing off against the Mountain Party's Bob Henry Baber in Oct. for the remainder of Joe Manchin's term in office as Governor.
Tomblin is dominating the democratic field with 39% of the vote, followed by Thompson (24%), Tennant (18%), Perdue (13%) Kessler (6%) and Molis garnered 413 votes which is 0%.
On the republican side, Maloney is leading the pack with 45%, then its Ireland (31%), Barnes (10%), Faircloth, Sorsia and Carmichael have 4%, Clark has 2% and Ellis 0% (213 votes).
Boone County saw 19% voter turnout - 90% were democrats and 9.98% republicans.
