Boone County Commissioners were presented a plaque for their continued support of the West Virginia Coal Festival. Pictured left to right: Commissioner Eddie Hendricks; Larry V. Halstead. “The Commission not only contributes financially, but also allows the Festival Planning Committee to use county properties and manpower for various activities during the annual Festival that brings thousands of visitors to Boone County.”, Lodato stated.
