Police bust meth lab in Foster with children inside home

Three people are facing multiple charges after a meth bust in Boone County, according to a local television report.

The bust happened Tuesday night at a home along Route 3 in Foster, according to a report by WSAZ TV 3.

A spokesperson with the West Virginia State Police told WSAZ.com three children were inside the home at the time of the bust. Their ages range from three weeks old to 8 years old.

Kevin Halstead, Johnny Burgess and Regina Dolin were all arrested and charged with conspiracy to manufacture meth. They also face criminal charges for having children near the meth lab, according to troopers.

A trooper told WSAZ.com Dolin was just arrested a few weeks ago for operating another meth lab. State Police say they didn't know she was pregnant at the time of her first arrest.
