The man, who was indicted earlier this year on a six-count drug case, admitted guilt on a single count of delivery of a controlled substance. In return, the court agreed to dismiss the remaining counts of his indictment. In addition, Pridemore agreed to give truthful testimony in the trials of any co-defendants.
Pridemore will face sentencing at a later date.

In an agreement with prosecutors, the man agreed to admit guilt on charges of delivery of controlled substances and delivery of controlled substances, psilocybin mushrooms. Judge Schlaegel accepted a guilty plea from an area man, and approved a diversionary agreement that could erase the man’s criminal record at a later date.
John Kelly, 26, was indicted earlier this year on a two-count indictment. In exchange for his guilty plea to conspiracy, Kelly will be placed on a period of supervised release, administered by the Boone County parole office.
During that 18-month period, if Kelly commits no crimes and completes his period of supervised release, the judge has agreed to dismiss all charges against him.

Earlier this year, Eugene Darrell Sloan, 34, and Tiffany Diane Sloan, 26, both of Boone County, were indicted on six counts by the Boone grand jury. The indictment was in relation to allegations that the pair operated a clandestine methamphetamine lab in the county.
Last week, in an agreement with the Boone County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, the pair sought to settle their cases.
Both Sloans agreed to plead guilty to a single count of operating or seeking to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, which is a felony charge. In exchange for the guilty plea, Judge E. Lee Schlaegel agreed to dismiss the remaining five counts of the indictment.
The pair faces a possible prison sentence of from 2-10 years and a fine of up to $25,000 when they are sentenced at a later date.

Tackett faces a possible sentence of 1-3 years in prison, 6-12 months in jail or a fine of up to $500.
