Bill is preceded in death by his father George Smith and his sister Joyce Diane McGuire.
He is survived by his wife Teri Lynne; daughters Crystal Doyle of Wisconsin and Shannon Smith of Calumet City, Ill.; mother, Ida Connlley of Chicago, Ill.; sister and husband Connie and Dallas Marcum of Jeffrey, brother Ivan Smith of Starcy, ARK. 7 Grandchildren and 2 nephews, beloved friends in Madison and surrounding areas.
Funeral services was held Monday, December 18, 2006 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville, WV with Pastor Jimm Smedley officiating. Entombment will be in Garden of Devotion Mausoleum, Madison, WV.
