Sincere sympathy to the family of Regina Workman of Brook View, Ohio (formerly of Boone County) who passed away January 28 at the age of 67.

Our sympathy is extended to the family of Carlos Epling of Ripley (formerly of Ridgeview) who passed away February 8 after an extended illness. He was 83.

Congratulations to Jeremiah Doss and Hillary Shultz on the birth of their son. Trinon Alexander Doss was born February 7, weighing 7 lbs, 10 oz. Grandparents are Lawrence and Virginia Doss.

Mark Anthony Gillespie and Kassie Osborne are making wedding plans for Saturday, June 30. Mark is the son of Tony and Gail Gillespie of Nellis; Kassie is the daughter of Lee and Lena Osborne of Seth.

Curtis and Jennifer Ward of Hickory, North Carolina are the proud parents of twins. Caden and Seth were born January 19. They have an older brother, Michael. Great-grandma is Judy Jarrell of Camp Creek.

Congratulations to Marty Joe Butcher and Carrie Rebecca Smith who were married Saturday, February 3 at Brushton Methodist Church. Carrie is the daughter of Ronnie and Dena Smith of Nellis.

The 25th annual Nellis-Armco reunion is scheduled for Saturday, June 30, beginning at noon. The Nellis Elementary School gym has been reserved for this date. Mark your calendar and make plans to attend. The Friends of the Nellis Church are now taking orders for the commemorative 25-year Nellis-Armco reunion T-shirts. The cost is $10.00 for each shirt, plus $2.00 postage each if you need them mailed to you, or you can pick them up the day of the reunion (Saturday, June 30). Please include your name, size (small, medium, large, X-large or XX-large), your address and phone number. Send to P.O. Box 202, Nellis, WV 25142. Make checks payable to Friends of the Nellis Church. The B. B. Johnston shelter at Racine Park has been reserved for Saturday, August 18 for the 11th Annual Brush Creek Grade School reunion. Bring a covered dish and your soft drinks and spend the afternoon with former school mates, teachers, and long-time friends.
