I'm writing to anyone who would like to help me get

a calling or writing campaign started to,our governor and senator

Rockefeller to try and change the laws on negligent homicide. My husband was

killed in an automobile accident caused by someone else's negligence. The man

was charged with negligent homicide. But,the officials in charge waited to

long to do proper investigation and a lot of evidence was lost. They have

ended up charging him with little things that carrie up to little or no

fines. The negligent homicide charge was thrown out for lack of evidence and

because ,to prove negligence homicide the standards are so high it is al!

most

impossible to prove. If the case was given the proper attention in the

beginning there is no doubt in my mind that negligent homicide could have

been proven. I know that there are many other family's that has been thru

what my family and i have been thru. And it is time that we stand up for our

loved ones rights and for our own. I know that it will take a lot of hard work

and prayers to do this. It may be to late to help our loved ones but,maybe if

we all pull together we can help others get the justice that they

deserve. And it just may bring this community together again. There is so
