Ann Jones Born October 6, 1930

On May 28, 2012, a wonderful person and mother passed from our world to dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

If you knew her you quickly became aware of her ever present smile and her generosity, these were some of her many gifts to friends and family.

Ann was married to Maurice Jones who cared and stood by her side until she succumbed to a long illness. She had two sons, Curtis married to Patty Miller and resides in White House, Tennessee and Bobby married to Jackie Miller of Rock Creek. This grandmother had five grandchildren and played a great part in helping to assure Gage, Sydney and Jaxson Miller grew to become the caring young people they are today.

She was born in 1930 in Cameo Hollow of Morrisvale, Boone County West Virginia, to John and Stella Egnor. She was the oldest of many brothers and sisters. Ann was like Stella in providing love and caring for her brothers and sisters and their children.

Ann Egnor became Ann Miller in the early fifties when she married Delbert Miller. They built their home at Rock Creek and enjoyed many good years until his death in 1967.

In the early seventies, she became Mrs. Lowell browning, together they shared many gratifying years. Lowell died in 1988.

If you knew Ann from the bowling alley, golf course, through simple friendship, or from the hospital from where she helped many people, with certitude you could count her as an exemplary model of a gentle spirit.
