Robert Adkins is the new store manager at Kroger store #817 in Madison. Adkins was born and raised in Boone County. He lives in Fosterville. Adkins graduated from Sherman High School and West Virginia Tech. He has been with Kroger for 9 years at various locations, including South Hills, Beaver, Elkview, Marmet and South Charleston. Adkins’ wife, Amanda, is a substitute teacher for Boone County Schools and his son, Brett, age 7, attends Sherman Elementary School.
