Local girl advances to finals

A Racine girl has qualified and now will advance to the finals of the NBHA Youth Worlds. Lindsie Clendenen, of Racine, has been in Perry, Georgia, for the competition in barrel racing. She qualified with a 16.915 second time. The event features competitors from around the world and the country. Only 143 youth advanced to the finals, with only two from West Virginia. Congratulations Lindsie! You make Boone County and West Virginia proud.
