The West Virginia Association of Extension 4-H Agents is setting up a fund to assist Robin Bailey, and her family with the loss of their home.

Bailey’s home was destroyed in a fire last Tuesday morning, Feb. 10.

The cause of the fire has still not been determined, although initial reports suggest an electrical fire from an appliance located in the living room may have started the fire.

“We are reaching out to Extension employees and the 4-H world to help

the Bailey's in their time of need,” wrote Jeffrey D. Orndorff, extension specialist, in an email obtained by the Coal Valley News.

According to Orndorff, he will provide receipts to anyone who donates to the fund.

“The proceeds from the fund will be given to the Baileys to take care of the many needs they are sure to have,” he states.

Checks should be made payable to: WVAE4-HA and mailed to Jeffrey Orndorff, 612 Knapp Hall, P.O. Box 6031, Morgantown, WV 26506.

The Bailey's are good people and would be the first to help ANYONE they could if help was needed. Please folks, give these kind people a hand if you can. You will be appreciated and anything you can do will be a real blessing to them and you!
