BREAKING NEWS: Madison Fire Department reports house fire with injury

Reports are coming in that there has been a house fire at Robinson, on Route 85, in Boone County.

According to a statement made by Madison Fire Chief James Lambert, the house fire was reported at approximately 11:31 this afternoon, Monday Oct. 5.

Both the Madison and Danville Fire Departments responded at 56 Price Pettery Drive, in Robinson on Route 85.

On arrival, firefighters report that the house was fully ablaze and describe the house as a total loss.

The cause of the blaze is undetermined at this time, according to Lambert, and one occupant of the house was injured during the blaze.
