Dorothy J. Henry, 86, of Ottawa was born May 8, 1926 and died February 13, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Buck” Henry; and son, Fredrick Joe Webster.
She is survived by four daughters, Sara Marcum of Bias’ Branch, Judy Bias of Sharples, Lynn Napier of Ottawa and Cherie Lewis of Columbus; four sisters, Maudie Lane of Chapmanville, Wilma Dennison of Kentucky and Audrey Reed and Gail Burger both of Michigan; four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Boone Memorial Hospital, the nurses and the staff for all their compassion and help.
Services were at 11 a.m. Friday, February 15 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Edsel Aleshire officiating. Burial followed in Family Gardens, Madison.
