Boone County indicted 21 individuals during the grand jury’s February 2021 session.

MADISON — In total, 21 individuals were among the latest grand jury indictments returned to the Boone County Circuit Court for the February 2021 term.

An indictment is a formal criminal charge brought against a defendant; it does not indicate guilt or innocence.

Due to COVID-19 guidelines, these are the first indictments processed by a grand jury in Boone County since October 2020.

Indictments for Boone County include:

  • Justin Scott Abernathy: One count of conspiracy to commit felony.
  • Jerry Barker: One count of burglary, two counts of grand larceny, one count of destruction of property and one count of receiving or transferring stolen goods.
  • Keith Allen Blevins: Two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and three counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
  • Timothy Dwayne Dotson: One count of grand larceny, one count of conspiracy, one count of burglary, one count of breaking and entering and one count of destruction of property.
  • Eric T. Fletcher: Three counts of possession of a controlled substance.
  • Timothy Lee Jordan: One count of conspiracy to commit a felony.
  • John Edsel Massey III: One count of grand larceny.
  • Dominic J. McClung: One count of escape from director of juvenile justice.
  • Christian McNeely: One count of conceal, transfer or receive stolen property.
  • Christian McNeely (separate case): One count of grand larceny.
  • Christian McNeely (separate case): One count of receiving or transferring stolen property.
  • Christian McNeely (separate case): One count of grand larceny, one count of possession of controlled substance without a prescription, one count of possession of marijuana and one count of possession of stolen property.
  • Chenoa Linette Maynard, A/K/A Chenoa White: One count of grand larceny, one count of conspiracy, one count of burglary, one count of breaking and entering and one count of destruction of property.
  • Michael Michael: One count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.
  • Matthew Howard Ooten: One count of malicious assault.
  • Christopher Wayne Page: One count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy to commit felony.
  • Joshua Dane Riffe: Two counts of failure to register sex offender (lifetime).
  • Alisha Nicole Roberts: One count of burglary and one count of petit larceny.
  • Eugene Shinault: One count of grand larceny, one count of breaking and entering, one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of destruction of property.
  • David Allen Thomas: One count of burglary, one count of battery and one count of possession of a controlled substance.
  • Davis Allen Thomas (separate case): One count of robbery in the first degree, one count of malicious assault and one count of assault during the commission of a felony.
  • Daniel Lee Ulbrich: Two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count of felon in possession of a firearm.
  • Scott W. Walker: One count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count of delivery of a controlled substance.
  • Jonathan Scott Weekly: One count of a stolen vehicle, one count of felon in possession of a firearm, one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count of person prohibited from having a firearm (concealed).
  • Joseph Edward Workman: One count of grand larceny and one count of obtaining goods under false pretenses.
