MADISON — In total, 25 individuals were among the latest grand jury indictments returned by the Boone County Circuit Court for the September 2020 term.

Due to COVID-19 guidelines, these are the first indictments processed by the grand jury since January 2020.

Indictments for Boone County include:

  • Jeremy Emmitt Lowe: One count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy.
  • Jeffrey Lee Adkins: Four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
  • Kyle Morgan Bigler: One count of fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference.
  • Stephen Taylor Bradshaw: One count of drug delivery resulting in death, one count of delivery of a controlled substance, one count of child neglect creating risk of injury and one count of prohibited person in possession of a firearm.
  • Frankie Allen Caudill: Five counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
  • Amber N. Coleman: One count of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance.
  • Coty Blake Dalton: One count of breaking and entering, one count of attempted grand larceny and one count of destruction of property.
  • Chad Jacob Dobbs: One count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy.
  • Amy Sue Farmer: One count of burglary, one count of petit larceny and one count of conspiracy.
  • Jordan Lee Green: One count of burglary and one count of grand larceny.
  • Mardy Ray Gunnoe: One count of destruction of property and one count of willful disruption of a governmental process
  • Katie Jean Holstine: One count of setting fire on lands of another and one count of conspiracy.
  • Lovell Ruben Holstine: One count of setting fire on lands of another and one count of conspiracy.
  • Jeremy A. Hudson: Five counts of burglary, two counts of grand larceny, four counts of conspiracy, one count of destruction of property, one count of petit larceny and one count of fleeing from an officer on foot.
  • Shane Dalton Justice: One count of murder in the first degree and one count of grand larceny.
  • Corey Ray Kinchen: One count of malicious assault and one count of strangulation.
  • James Clark McCleese: One count of kidnapping, one count of first-degree robbery, one count of prohibited person in possession of a firearm, one count of malicious assault on a law enforcement officer, one count of attempting to disarm a law enforcement officer, one count of escape from the custody of a law enforcement officer and one count of burglary.
  • Shandee Ann Price: Four counts of possession of a controlled substance, one count of burglary, one count of petit larceny, one count of conspiracy and one count of driving revoked for driving under the influence — third offense.
  • Joshua David Priestley: One count of malicious assault.
  • Alyssa N. Santonia: One count of escape from custody of an institution or officer.
  • Ricky Lee Stewart: One count of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor, one count of distribution and display to minor of obscene matter and one count of soliciting a minor via computer.
  • Gary Leon Sutphin: One count of child abuse resulting in bodily injury and one count of domestic battery.
  • Clifford Eugene Waller: One count of petit larceny, four counts of burglary, four counts of conspiracy and two counts of grand larceny.
  • Heather Renee Williams: One count of wanton endangerment involving a firearm and one count of child neglect creating a risk of injury.
  • Kory Hunter Williams: One count of attempted breaking and entering and one count of destruction of property.
