MADISON — In total, 22 individuals were among the latest grand jury indictments returned by the Boone County Circuit Court.

Among those indicted was David Ray Vance, 47, who faces six counts of sexual abuse in the first degree in relation to what the indictment states as, “subjecting another person to sexual contact who is younger than 12 years old.”

Other indictments include:

  • Brandi Lea Adkins: One count of attempted first-degree robbery and one count of conspiracy.
  • Andrew Mitchell Agosti: One count of driving under the influence causing serious bodily injury and one count of reckless driving.
  • Chad Robert Ball: One count of grand larceny and one count of burglary.
  • Donald Blaine Bradley, Jr.: One count of driving while license revoked for driving under the influence (third offense).
  • Kathy Marrie Bryant: Two counts of driving under the influence (third offense)
  • Aaron Christopher Cantley: One count of burglary, one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy.
  • Lori Lynn Collins: One count of fraudulent schemes, one count of taking identity of another person, one count of computer fraud and one count of fraud in connection with access device.
  • Dakota R. Green: One count of first-degree arson, one count of burglary and one count of destruction of property.
  • Walter Lee Hill: One count of burglary, one count of grand larceny and one count of breaking and entering.
  • Steven Foster Hoffman II: Three counts of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance.
  • Michael Paul Huffman: One count of driving while license revoked for driving under the influence (third offense).
  • Shaun Perry Meadows: One count of grand larceny, one count of burglary and one count of conspiracy.
  • Cynthia Dawn Poveromo: Three counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy.
  • James Christopher Shawver: One count of burglary, one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy.
  • Mary Elizabeth Steele: One count of child neglect creating a risk of injury.
  • Frances E. Turner: One count of child neglect creating a risk of injury and one count of possession of a controlled substance.
  • Joseph Allen Vance: One count of burglary and one count of grand larceny.
  • David Early Wallace III: One count of attempted first-degree robbery and one count of conspiracy.
  • Darian S. Whitt: One count of grand larceny and one count of destruction of property.
  • Amber Dawn Workman: One count of child neglect creating a risk of injury.
  • Douglas Ray Workman: One count of child neglect creating a risk of injury.

An indictment is a formal accusation made against a defendant in a criminal case. It does not indicate guilt or innocence.
