ASHFORD — An Ashford-area man was arrested and charged after law enforcement said he delivered methamphetamine to a 14-year-old.
Jerry Pauley, 45, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance in relation to the incident, which occurred on Jan. 3.
According to a criminal complaint prepared by Boone County Sheriff’s Office Deputy JP Dent, the juvenile said during a recorded statement that he used methamphetamine and purchased it from the accused.
As of press time, Pauley was held at the Southwestern Regional Jail on a $250,000 surety/cash bond.
