CARNEGIE ESTEP WAGNER of Baltimore, Md., formerly of Sandyville, W.Va., passed away February 9, 2021. She was born April 11, 1927, in Hewett, W.Va., Boone County, daughter of the late Lloyd and Oma Ball Estep. She is survived by her daughter, Jeanette Hamilton and her husband Wayne; three grandsons; and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Norvel Wagner, and son, William “Bill” Wagner. Visitation Saturday, February 20, 2021, from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Roush Funeral Home. Service at 12:30 p.m. with Richard Runyan officiating. Burial in Independence Cemetery in Sandyville, W.Va. Condolences may be expressed to the family at roush94@yahoo.com or on our Facebook page.
