Timothy Scot Osborne

TIMOTHY SCOT OSBORNE "Our Favorite Mountain Man", 57, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2022, in St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born on July 19, 1965, in Boone County, W.Va., to the late Ernest and Eileen Vickers Osborne. He is survived by his wife, Nicole Clary Osborne; children David Seth Osborne, Timothy Adam Osborne, Maigen Rainey; brothers Richard, David and Philip Osborne; sisters Ladonna Pack, Janice Alcanter, Kathy Elkins, Gail Saunders, Nancy Foray; father and mother-in-law, Frank and Pam Clary and several nieces and nephews.
